Main Training Sessions

Round Town Time Trial. Bring watch to self time and please wear hi-viz. Social run round for those who don’t wish to timetrial. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
