Main Training Sessions

Round Latrigg headtorch ‘fartlek’ run -via railwayline, Brundholme Woods, back of Latrigg. A good offroad run, using the terrain and route to inspire some harder efforts of varying duration/intensity. 5-6 miles approx.

Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start.  Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.

Headtorches for this session as it is likely to be a bit dark under the trees through the woods and probably also coming off Spooney Green.
