Here is an application for a fun rowing and running  event on June 10th (evening) at Gummers Howe, if any of you fancy something a bit different!

EXTRA BODIES still welcome to help at the Hellvellyn race on Sunday 28th PLUS CAKES PLEASE!

SOCIAL EVENT!  We had hoped to run a social evening on May 24th but that as not possible so we are now looking at Wednesday June 14th.  It will be for everyone and will involve a bit of running or helping and a BBQ>  details to follow.
