Keswick AC training
On Tuesday training nights, it’s a 6pm meet at the Keswick Leisure Centre for a 6.15pm start.
We have two groups on a Tuesday evening. One group doing a harder session, and an improvers group. Both groups are suitable for any one and fully inclusive.
This is an informal, mixed ability group aiming to encourage and support women’s running in a comfortable and social setting.
We’re a friendly who all share a love of running, the amazing place we live, and just getting out for a chat each week. We run a bit, stop a bit, chat a bit, take a few photos and generally have a lot of fun.
We understand running with a group can be daunting if you’ve never done it before, as can joining a running club – We’ve all been there ourselves, but you’ll find a friendly welcome awaits you as we help you take your step.
Whether you are new to running or have been running for years, we’re open to all. Usually runs of about 8-10km, sometimes more, sometimes less, we run locally on road, trail and fell.
