Great turnout for our first Road Championships race at the Lorton School 10K. A tough, undulating course was more than enough to deserve a tasty edible medal at the finish. A Keswick AC double with good wins for Sam Stead and Catherine Spurden, who was well supported by Sue Wilkinson and Rachel Mellor for the ladies team prize. A PB for Ella Scott too – anyone else PB?
