Keswick AC Juniors aims to provide opportunities for young runners in the area aged 8-16 to learn about training and racing on the fells, road and country. Sessions include not only running but fun games and activities which develop the all-round athleticism required to become a competent runner. The club is at the centre of some of the finest natural scenery to be found anywhere in the UK, and we make use of the local fells, roads and parks in our training sessions. We attract all standards of runner, from county representatives to complete beginners, so do come along and give it a try!
