Main Training Sessions

These are serious training sessions which endeavour to cater for all levels of ability. Although there is always a set session, this may vary with the weather conditions and small groups are welcome to offer a separate activity. We meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
Hill reps on back of Latrigg. Jog out via railwayline and Brundholme woods, then 10 x 2mins off 90′ jog down recoveries.
