Main Training Sessions

Speedwork: 5x5mins off 60sec recoveries on flat town route, from Rawnsley Pavilion (by Co-op) to the swimming pool, via Briar Rigg. Please wear hi-viz. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
