Main Training Sessions

4-5 x 5min efforts on road, flat route from Rawnsley Pavillion to back of pool via Briar Rigg, off 2min recoveries. Please wear hi-viz. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
