Main Training Sessions

Round Town Pyramid session. 5-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-4-5mins of jog/regroup recoveries. Recoveries half duration of rep, ie. 2.5mins, 2mins, 90secs, 60secs, etc. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
