Main Training Sessions

Round town road pyramid session: 5-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-4-5mins. Jog/regroup recoveries will be half duration of rep ie. 2.5mins-2mins, 90secs, 60secs, 30secs, etc. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
