Our annual presentation evening was held at the Skiddaw Hotel on Jan 7th. Following a fine buffet, local adventurer Tim Mosedale gave an inspirational photo presentation on his many expeditions to Everest and his fundraising for families of earthquake victims in Nepal.

The presentation of 2016 awards followed with Carl Bell and Jo Gillyon named Fell Champions, with Sam Stead and Kim Clarke named champions on the road. Among the other award highlights was the Long Distance Award which went to Rachel Findlay-Robinson whose amazing Bob Graham round was an amazing fund raising success in memory of her mother who sadly died of cancer last year.
