Main Training Sessions

Hills: 15 x 45secs off jog down recoveries, on Brundholme Rd. This is a road hill, gentle gradient from Calvert Trust to the bridge. Bring a headtorch and hi vis. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
