We are continuing with just one session a week throughout August.  Full details of these are on the website and will be on Facebook.  These will be the last of the out and about sessions and we have some new and exciting ideas for September and on through the winter.  I will be in touch about this later in the month but any comments from you about things you would like included, ideas for new sessions, offers of help in planning and taking sessions will be very welcome. KAC Road Champs.

This has been a race short because of the cancellation on H10.

The GOOD news is that everyone still has time to run 4 races and take part in the road championships!

So the final four races are:

Workington Park Run 5k Saturday 29th September

Derwentwater 10 Sunday 4th November

Ravenstonedale 10k Saturday 24th November

Ulverston Christmas Pudding 10k Sunday 2nd December
