ENTRIES will open on February 16th at 6pm on the club website so please be ready and enter even if you are a bit unsure!
RECCE for the race will be held THIS SUNDAY 4th February from Threlkeld Cricket Club at 1.00 pm.
KAC are running a one off race over Clough Head as part of the English Championship series ON Sunday May 6th, time to be decided.
WE WANT AS MANY KAC RUNNERS OUT FOR THIS RACE AS WE CAN POSSIBLY GET! 
Donations for use of car park are requested.
Please note change of time so runners who are going to enter Ben Nevis can do so when entries open at 12 noon on that same day.
All runners of every ability are welcome.  There is some road, a lot of grass and a few more tussocks than you want but its mostly soft if you fall over!
