Option 1
10, 11, 12 min reps (5 mins recovery) with headtorches round Latrigg and Brundholme Road.
Option 2
5, 6, 7, 8 min reps (4 mins recovery) round town on road. Wear your hi viz tops please.

Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
