The current block of Club training sessions have been planned following the principle of periodisation. To understand how the training sessions in the current block fit into the greater scheme of the season, have a read of the overview and training philosophy HERE.
Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
