Main Training Sessions
Grass track speed session. A session suitable for all abilities. We will meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start, jogging across to the grass track at Keswick School. Session of 12 x 300m. These you can run entirely at your own pace, with suggested recovery of 150m easy jog in between. A good session to get the legs turning over a bit faster to develop speed and speed endurance.
