Millbeck Fartlek. Fartlek across the fields from Spooney Green to Millbeck, then across the Derwent at High Stock Bridge, returning along the Allerdale Ramble. Approx 5 miles.

Hills: 15 x 45sec hills in Castlehead Woods. This session is suitable for all abilities.

Road Run: Round the Houses Race (or optional Applethwaite Loop with ?)
