Main Training Sessions
Option 1
11, 13, 15 min reps (5 mins recovery) round town road loop, HiViz tops.
Option 2
3 x 10 min reps (5 mins recovery) on road with headtorches. Uphill road route from Burnside Caravan Park, via Applethwaite to Latrigg Car Park.

Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
