Manor Brow: 14 x 60sec hills off jog down recovery.

Hill reps: 2min efforts up Gale Rd to Latrigg carpark, off 60sec regroup recoveries. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start.
