    Up & downhill running session: utilising an offroad hill loop on Latrigg, we will look in particular at downhill technique for offroad running. Please wear studded shoes. This session is suitable for all abilities.

    8 x 3mins on railwayline off 60sec jog regroup recoveries. This session is suitable for all abilities.

    Clough Head Fell Race Recce. A recce of the route of next month's English Championship race. May split into a couple of different paced groups if needed. Meet at Threlkeld Cricket Club at 6pm. Pub social after.

    Offroad hills: 15 x 45sec hills off jog down regroup recoveries, on Latrigg race route.

  • Main Training Sessions

    Hills: 12-14 x 2mins, off 60sec jog regroup recoveries. Spooney Green and Jenkin Hill. This session is suitable for all abilities. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start. Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
