Round Latrigg Fartlek. Offroad run with efforts of varying distance/intensity determined by the terrain and landscape. Route via railwayline, 'rollercoaster' path through woods and back of Latrigg.
Hills: 2min hills up Gale Road to Latrigg summit, off 60' regroup recoveries.
Millbeck Fartlek. Fartlek across the fields from Spooney Green to Millbeck, then across the Derwent at High Stock Bridge, returning along the Allerdale Ramble. Approx 5 miles.
Hills: 15 x 45sec hills in Castlehead Woods. This session is suitable for all abilities.
