Uphill & downhill hill session on top of Latrigg. This session will involve 25-30mins on a hilly loop over Latrigg with sections of uphill and downhill running. Studs recommended for this session if wet.

Pyramid session on road loop via Ullock/Braithwaite. 5min/4min/3min/2min/1min/1min/2min/3min/4min/5min. Recoveries half duration of intervals, eg. 2.5min, 2min, 90sec, etc.

Rannerdale Bluebell Run. Social run over & around Rannerdale Knotts and Rannerdale followed by drinks/food after. Meet in the Fish Inn carpark 6pm.
