Bear Hunt Through the Woods:
Castlehead, Cockshot Wood, The Ings (Mucky Wood), Great Wood, and Springs Wood
Approx 8km ascent 200m
5K Road Timetrial. Portinscale-Braithwaite via A66 route.
Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start.
Round Catbells parlauf run & pub after, Swinside Inn. Parlauf is a fun session ran in pairs -slower runners paired with faster runners, run opposite directions round the loop, turn at meeting point and retrace steps so faster the runners have to run further, everyone runs the same duration and arrives back at the start point same time. Everyone welcome, meet Catbells cattle grid 6pm for a prompt 6.15pm start. Parking at Skelgill, please car share.
Latrigg Uphill Timetial. Time trial from Briar Rigg to Latrigg summit via zig zags. Meet at pavilion as usual. Slower runners will go off first, racing snakes to wait so that we all arrive at summit approximately together, please bring watch to self time. Clive will be at the summit to record your time.

Lakeshore to Barrow House, uphill to Ashness Bridge, return under Falcon Crag
Trail - approx 8.5km ascent 180m
Social fell run / Hodgson Relay recce & pub social after. Everyone welcome -we will probably split into different groups based on ability and which relay legs people wish to look at. Meet Patterdale School at 5:45pm or 5:15 at Cenotaph in Keswick for carshare.
Pub in Glenridding after for drink and food for those who wish. Ramblers Bar @ Inn on the Lake, Glenridding.
Hills: Run out via railway line and Brundholme Woods for 15 x 45secs on back of Latrigg.

Railway Path & trod to Stone Circle, return via Eleventrees
Trail & Road - approx 9km ascent 175m
Road session: Reverse Portinscale Pyramids -1min/2mins/3mins/4mins/5mins/4mins/3mins/2mins/1min. Regroup on recoveries. Recovery will be half the duration of each rep. ie. 30secs/1min/90/secs/2mins/2.5mins/etc.

Hills: 12 x 60secs off jog back down/regroup recoveries, in Castlehead Woods. This is a very 'beginner friendly' session that's really great for all abilities. Total volume of session probably no more than 3 miles. Others may wish to add on an extended warmup/cool down before/after the session.
