approx- 7 to 10km ascent-120 to 300m
Social Fell Run/final Borrowdale recce. Meet layby just before Borrowdale School 6pm for Dale Head or Bessyboot. Pub after.
Road session: Portinscale Pyramids - 5mins/4mins/3mins/2mins/1min/1min/2mins/3mins/4mins/5mins. Regroup recoveries.
