Hill reps on back of Latrigg. Jog out via railwayline and Brundholme woods, then 10 x 2mins off 90' jog down recoveries.
5K timetrial in Fitz Park. Meet at the pavilion at 6pm to get warmed up/registered. Start at 6:15pm.

Sail Uphill Timetrial
2.9m/2450' uphill timetrial route from Uzzicar via Stonycroft path and zigzags to Sail summit.
Meet at Uzzicar lay by at 6pm for 6:15 start. We will self handicap the starts -slower runners off first in order to reach the top roughly together. Please bring stopwatch to self time.
Speedwork: 12 x 75secs off 90sec jog recovery, on road. On Braithwaite old road. Meet Fitz Park pavilion 6 for 6:15.
Uphill & downhill hill session on top of Latrigg. This session will involve 25-30mins on a hilly loop over Latrigg with sections of uphill and downhill running. Studs recommended for this session if wet.
