Road session: 12 x 90secs off 60' recovery on Portinscale-Ullock-Braithwaite loop. Please wear hi vis, and bring a torch.
This is an informal session, led by PT Will Houghton, concentrating on developing core strength and general conditioning for running. They are held in the Fitz Park pavilion meeting at 6pm for a 6.15pm start and are only available throughout winter. Lasting about 45 minutes the cost is £2.50 per session, please bring your own...
