Meet at Noble Knott car park, 6pm.  All on pretty good tracks -trail shoes are fine.

Railwayline trail session: 8 x 3mins off 60' recovery.

Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start.

 Social Fell Run at Coledale -Barrow/Outerside/Stile End. Coledale Inn after. Meet outside Coleddale Inn at 6pm.
