Hill reps: 2min efforts up Gale Rd to Latrigg carpark, off 60sec regroup recoveries. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start.
Christmas Round Town Parlauf session. Meet 6pm at pavilion to do pairings.
No organised training today due to holidays. Suggested social run from the Cenotaph at 6pm -perhaps use the Facebook group to coordinate.
Round Latrigg Fartlek, out via Railwayline & Brundholme Woods, back over Latrigg.
