Road session: 12 x 90secs off 60' recovery on Portinscale-Ullock-Braithwaite loop. Please wear hi vis, and bring a torch.

Hills: 12 x 45secs, jog down recoveries, Manor Brow. Please wear some hi vis clothing.
Headtorch fartlek: Lakeshore & Great Wood. Group 1 return via Springs Rd, Group 2 Cat Ghyll and Walla Crag.
Headtorch Hills: 12-14 x 60secs on Latrigg Race route. Jog down/regroup recoveries.
Lakeland Park road session: 30mins of efforts -approx 850m- round Lakeland Park loop, off jog recoveries.
*This session is suitable for all abilities -beginner runners welcome.
