Main Training Sessions

Barrow, Stile End & Outerside fell run followed by pub, Coledale Inn. Two sessions tonight -hopefully something to cater for all tastes. Either fell run over Barrow, Stile End & Outerside, or if you would rather some hill reps or don’t feel confident enough to go for the longer option, hill reps just up the lane from the pub, which will be suitable for all abilities. Meet at Coledale Inn 6pm for 6:15 start.
