Main Training Sessions

Millbeck Fartlek. Fartlek across the fields from Spooney Green to Millbeck, then across the Derwent at High Stock Bridge, returning along the Allerdale Ramble. Approx 5 miles. Meet at the Fitz Park pavilion at 6 for a prompt 6.15 start.  Training time will vary but the sessions are generally an hour.
